Your first appointment is a 60–90 minute comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. We’ll discuss your concerns, mental health history, and goals. By the end, you’ll receive recommendations and, if appropriate, a personalized treatment plan.

 

Yes. We accept select insurance plans and offer self-pay options. Please contact us to confirm coverage. For self-pay clients, we provide transparent pricing before your first session.

 

Yes. All sessions are conducted through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth so you can receive care from the comfort and privacy of your home.

A psychiatric evaluation is a full assessment with diagnosis and treatment planning, often for new clients. A consultation is shorter, focused on specific questions, second opinions, or guidance.

 

Yes. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I can prescribe and manage psychiatric medications when appropriate.

 

No. We serve adults ages 18–64 only.

 

Yes. After-hours and overnight sessions are available on a limited basis by request.

 

You can schedule online through our secure client portal or call our office. We also offer a free 15-minute introductory call for new clients.

 

We do not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call or text 988 or go to your nearest emergency department.
